Cancellation Policy
Because of the customer: The client may request a modification of the date, time or number of participants of the activity up to 24 hours before the beginning of the same. The change will be subject to availability. The total or partial cancellation (cancellation of any of the contracted places) will not have a refund of the amount paid until that moment as a reservation. In the event that this cancellation is communicated up to 24 hours before the start of the activity, the customer can transfer the reservation to another date or leave it open (without a defined date) valid for one year. In the event that the cancellation occurs 24 hours before the start of the activity, the reservation can not be transferred to another date, unless the client proves a cause of force majeure. All date changes will be subject to availability. The non-presentation in the place and time indicated by KAYAKS CAVALL BERNAT in the reservation for the start of the activity, will entail the obligation to pay the total amount of the reservation by the client. la Due to weather or sea conditions Our activities are subject to weather conditions and the state of the sea. In the event that these conditions may affect the safety of participants, KAYAKS CAVALL BERNAT may be forced to cancel the activity, including during the development of the activity. This decision will be exclusive to the instructors and managers of the KAYAKS CAVALL BERNAT. The decision to cancel an activity will be taken at the scheduled time for the beginning of the activity, based on the meteorological conditions or the state of the sea existing at that time. Activities will not be canceled before the start time of the same based on meteorological predictions, since they are not 100% reliable and the conditions may vary in brief periods of time. Once the activity has been cancelled due to weather or sea conditions, the customer will have the right to defer the activity by another date or leave the reservation open (without a defined date) valid for up to one year or to return the amount paid. In the event that the activity has to be interrupted once started by meteorological causes or by the state of the sea, the possibility of transferring the completed activity to another date or the amount to be returned will be established by mutual agreement with the client.
